Cvt mt. Rainer with bedrack

This is a 2013 CVT mt Rainer with annex and anti condensation mat. Comes with bed rack and tonneau cover. The tonneau cover and bed rack are approximately 1 year old. Bedrack fits 2005-2015 short bed Toyota Tacoma.

The bed rack was locally made. Tent has small amount of mildew along the bottom drivers side was cleaned with a bleach free mildew cleaner but some spots remain. In good condition otherwise. More photos in the Craigslist listing. Located near Omaha Nebraska

Is the ladder easily removable on the CVT's and if so what is the closed height without the ladder attached? I have "x" amount of clearance needed if im to store it in my garage
