Sorry if this was already asked, but does the Mt. Bachelor come with the awning for $696.50 (seems like it does)? Also, does anybody know if there would be any problems if I buy it and have a family member pick it up in Oregon (I live in Arizona)?

Umm...not an awning..but a 3 wall annex yes I believe so

Got approval from the love of my life this morning! Ordered the Mt Rainier and a 79" awning this afternoon. Cant't wait to get it in the woods, but the driveway will work for the first night!
