Dash Rattles - How to Cure?

I have a dash panel that rattles and it is quite annoying to say the least. Does anyone know where I can purchase that felt lined tape that dealers and car manufacturers use to eliminate such rattles? I think a small piece of this tape at the clips would take care of this nuisance.

Another material I use for the same purpose: 2-4mm neoprene. We have a bulk fabric store here that always has it at a reasonable price. Zip tie it around wires/wire bundles, components, etc.

No can do... got the good 'ol integrated NAV in my POS

Kind of a ghetto solution, but a very folded small strategically placed piece of paper between the plastic trim and the glass took care of it for me.
