Dash Rattles - How to Cure?

I have a dash panel that rattles and it is quite annoying to say the least. Does anyone know where I can purchase that felt lined tape that dealers and car manufacturers use to eliminate such rattles? I think a small piece of this tape at the clips would take care of this nuisance.

Thanks in advance!

Another material I use for the same purpose: 2-4mm neoprene. We have a bulk fabric store here that always has it at a reasonable price. Zip tie it around wires/wire bundles, components, etc.

A little hit of the Beastie Boys with the Brass Monkey.....then if that doesn't cure it.....Bring the Thunderstruck with AC/DC....

Problem solved!
