Dean tires?

Anyone use Dean tires? Just browsing over at Vulcan Tires and they looked ok. They're cheap enough to throw on a second set of rims and use them occasionally when the AT's won't cut it.

Dean is a Cooper Tire subsidiary. Les Schwab sells lots of Dean tires in the west.

I had one set of Dean SXT mud-terrain (crossover) tires years ago. The SXT is the same as Cooper S/T covered in detail in existing threads here on ExPo.

If you like the tread and the price & service is good, I see no reason not to try a set.

They do look like a great all weather tire that can be studded for $143, that's pretty good.
