Hey, uh....Anyone else have to be back at the GRinD on Monday? Brooke's definately gotta be back. We're going to have to skip out during the 7th ining stretch. Maybe the 8th.

I hope the cool kids don't kick me out of the cool group. That already happened once in Junior high. I'd rather not relive that.

Good Samaritans of Death Valley by John & Barbara Marnell, Tales of The Mojave Road Publishing Co.

The Explorers Guide to Death Valley National Park by T. Scott Bryan & Betty Tucker-Bryan, Published by the University Press of Colorado.

AAA - Death Valley National Park

National Geographic Maps - Death Valley National Park

National Forest Service Maps - Inyo National Forest

BLM Desert District maps:
1. Ridgecrest
2. Owlshead Mountain
3. Darwin Hills
4. Saline Valley

As you can surmise from the above list of maps, we will be travelling thru backcountry areas controlled by the National Forest Service, BLM & the National Park Service. We will also be going thru areas that are still private property.

Only 4 weeks away.
