Re: Belair shells. The design and construction are very old school. Small "stick" construction using staples and then covered by aluminum sheeting. Reviews on how well they hold up under off-road conditions vary widely. I will say this: in my experience the company is very responsive to inquiries and they don't try to hard sell you.
