Great report. We passed through Hanksville on a southern Utah run and proceeded to another state park which I can't remember the name. Senior moment+ 12 yrs ago. The campground was full so we took a side road and found a neat spot with a view and nobody around. A quick walk took me to a semi-hidden spot where the Mormon kids went to drink and probably smoke cigarettes and Chronic. It was trashed. Southern Utah is spectacular.
