I have project to travel around the world with my truck diesel Euro 5.
I would like to know if the diesel poor quality that I will find in Africa or Asia can be a issue and if yes how can I solved that problem. Do I need to do some special preparation on the engine?

Specifically what vehicle do you have? Does it have EGR, SCR or DPF? I'm sure it has at least 1 and maybe 2 out of the 3.
You will have a problem obtaining AdBlue in various places. It is possible the dealer can modify your engine, replace the SCR with an ordinary muffler, sell you a Euro 3 ECU, etc.
Possibly.

I am looking to buy an Isuzu NPR 300 4x4. The truck is equipped with the EGR which meaning that no need for AdBlue.
Changing the muffler for a Euro 3, I guess that we have also to change some of the parameters of the injection?
What about the engine it self, can he be damage by poor quality of diesel? Or is the Euro 5 only a modifiaction in the exhauste syste?

If your truck has EGR and DPF but no SCR (AdBlue), your only reason for running low sulfur diesel is increasing the life of the DPF and a catalyst if it there. Also to get longest DPF/catalyst life use ACEA E6 or E9 oils. However, if running on high sulfur diesel (>50ppm), use ACEA E4 or E7 oils. Japanese engines probably prefer E7. It will run fine on high sulfur fuel/E7 oil but the DPF will clog with ash quicker.
