If you are serious about a nice D-I, give me a jingle, 80k from Ca moderately built with zero issues- cruise likely doesn't work, but I never use it. Oh, and it is a '99 last year with no s/r's. Not cheap, but way cheaper than starting with junk and trying to get to this point...

That's good advice. Can't tell you the number of $3000 trucks we see that need $5000 worth of repairs. The Rover V8 is a powerful, lightweight powerplant but it is not forgiving when you defer services.
