I spent a lot of time on the Instructables site the other day, and ran across a couple ideas that I thought were worth passing along.
Submitted for your consideration, is the Camp Table for Backpacking, made from old tent poles and a pizza pan. Looks like it would be a nice end table for vehicle-based camping, as well as backpacking.
