Do you regret buying a base model truck?

To go one step farther i wish the seat itself could be toggled off so then just the back is heated. When it's 100* and my back is sore having the seat bottom heated doesn't do much for me.
I'm pretty sure my 2003 Yukon Denali & my 2009 Suburban had that capability.

Not sure if GM heated seats still work the same way. But the seat back and base used to be two separate buttons.

We just got a RAM tradesman with the Power Wagon package, aka "Store brand Power Wagon". I love that the seats are vinyl and adjust with a mechanical bar. The only power stuff on it is locks, mirrors, and defrost. Would have even preferred vinyl floor instead of carpet but it already had carpet.

I don't regret it yet, but when I eventually replace my older Pro-4X trim Nissan, it'll be with another fancy trim. I like the heated leather seats and such - just not when I'm doing big truck things. The big stuff missing on the Ram though are steering wheel audio controls - trying to hit those on a touch screen while driving is BS.

Other vehicle is a JKU with plastic flooring carpet delete and manual locks/windows, and you just need to have at least one comfortable ride if you can swing it. But I'd rather have the addon stuff in a vehicle not made by FCA/Stellantis if you know what I mean.

When I was shopping for my 2006 Dodge Cummins I wanted manual windows, manual seats, 8’ bed, 4x4, quad cab, and unlike most people an automatic transmission. I’d injured my left knee so the auto made sense. I live in Alaska where I’ve seen too many electric windows fail when open especially in winter. I don’t need the truck anymore so I’m selling.
