Door handle and baggage compartment lock upgrades

Title says it all.

I wanted one key for everything, including my cargo trailer. I replaced the locks and door handles:

That's pretty cool. Was it difficult? How long did it take to swap it all out?

It was all bolt on replacements... remove the old, install new - Plug n Play (drop in replacements) basically.

I didn't do the project all at one time, because I was doing it in the middle of winter when it was freezing cold in my shop. It probably only took an hour or so.
