This is my drawer build in the rear of my former LJ.

No slides. Just 1/8” hardboard strips that are lubed with the same dry lubricant I use on my saw tables.
This photo shows it at full extension and the droop, while present, isn't really an issue. I seldom open the drawer this far since the bags shown behind the rear divider contain little used (I hope) spares and repair items.
As far as limiting the droop, I made the height of the rear panel and drawer sides very, very close to the inside height of the drawer cabinet.
I do have a small block not seen in this photo that will clear the dividers when the drawer is opened but will prevent the drawer from falling out of the box.
