Does look good. Gotta love the mad cat eye front ends.
Do you know what the differences (if any) are between the suburban and pickup rear frame? You said above they cut up the rear of the suburban frame for mock up, was that another frame they had lying around? Or did they use the truck frame? I am digging the fuel tank and 30 extra gallons would be great.
Also, are you using the rear tank as a reserve style? I assume you will be using it to fill the main tank as you use that fuel, correct? I had that kind of system in my landcruiser and loved it. You can never have too much fuel in the backcountry.

Sorry if I missed this question.
They did cut a frame down that they had, and did final fitment in my truck. It is a two tank system that only the suv's have.
My dash lights and gauge pod lights are on all the time when the ignition is on. What is odd about this is I can still dim the lights and turn them off with the factory knob so they are wired correctly. I'm thinking this may be a computer issue, or possibly operator error. I will check on this more tomorrow.
If the dash lights are on all the time, you might want to check the ambient light sensor. If the BCM sees no light, it's going to force the dash lights on along with the headlamps. If that is the case the headlights should be on. We see this at the dealership I work at pretty frequently when people put dashmats on the dash that shroud the light sensor (that little dome in the center of the defroster duct). Force the autoheadlamps off by turning the headlamp know to the left and see if the dash lights go out.
Any further thoughts on the additional fuel tank/cell that was installed? Other than the additional capacity; does this tank feed into the original tanks you have? I noted that Eric stated that the fuel gauges were set/calibrated so it showed the aggregate amount for all three tanks. I also found that in 03 they went to the dual tank system; however in my 02 there's just one 38.5 gal tank. Hoping Eric and crew can build tank and parts and send to me so I don't have to send my truck from Seattle to Florida
Also - hope your son is doing well after his surgery!
Today my truck is at the muffler shop getting the exhaust welded up and then it's going across the street to get the pinion angle issue worked out.
I drove it all day Monday and got 14.5 MPG with mixed city and highway miles. That is almost a 100% improvement in MPG. Reasonably that is the best I'm going to get with 37" tires and a heavy foot.
