Installed Arctic Tern 300x700 windows. Tern Overland was great to deal with, I also like the windows so far.

Sweet! I bought one on a 2006 GMC 1-ton chassis about a year ago. So much potential! Those ladder racks howled at speed so I cut mine off. Yours have ambulance doors or a roll-up? Pass-thru cabin door? Looking forward to your build!

Nice! 48” rear swing doors. The bulkhead will be removed for a full pass thru, and then repositioned horizontal for a bed platform in the rear.

Fan and solar box installed. Windows, door and fan are backed by marine ply.

Ripped 3/4” marine ply into 2.5” strips for studs. Then set them to the wall with 3m adhesive. Filled the voids with 3/4” foam board. Removed the bulkhead and mounted it horizontal in the rear, perfect size for a full bed.
