E350 weight for Weldtec Grocery getter kit

Weldtec is asking my total weight and rear axle weight. I don't have access to a scale so I'm wondering if my google-**** is correct. Does 5500lbs total with a 2600lbs rear axle weight sound correct? Van is a E350 Club wagon with a 19" fiberglass top.

Might be a CAT scale near you. They’ve got a map search tool.

Better to spend some time and get the weight right, vs not and having it sit funky.

Update: found a scale near enough and got off work early enough to run by there. The van’s total weight is 6300lbs and the scale read 3600 when just the rear wheels were on it. Much heavier than my google search. I’ve sent an email to Weldtec to update my order. I’m getting the complete performance package. Can’t wait.

Having the correct numbers should help them dial in your suspension more accurately. I was disappointed in the local shop when their entire bases for picking springs was trial and error... no math or numbers. When I asked about it, they said they didn’t have any way to predict the ride height for a given spring pack.

Yeah, that would suck
