Nice truck. What do you do with all the parts trucks? I’ve always wondered how difficult it is to get rid of them.

I've been buying and parting out Ford diesels for the last 7 years or so as a hobby more or less. The parts are easy to get rid of as there is a huge market in my area, everyone drives a Super Duty. I enjoy it because I get to take things apart (and not put them back together), plus I get to hoard parts for my personal projects.

One of the reasons I like Super Duties is the parts swapping potential. Nearly 20 years of the same basic body style and interchangeable parts. They're like Legos for big kids.

Solid setup. Eventual plans for my Excursion include a front coil swap and a ZF-6 swap. Already have the ZF, been trying to hunt down a local front axle with 4.30's.
