EarthRoamer website "suspended" - what's up?

The EarthRoamer website is down. Does anyone know what this means? Is the company still healthy and functioning? I have been out of the loop for a while... but I actually wore my cool EarthRoamer shirt just yesterday.

"We're Sorry! This Account Has Been Suspended. This could be for many reasons including an overdue invoice, a bandwidth overage issue, or a resource usage issue. Please check the email address on record for this account for a notification from Site5."

Odds are someone forgot to re-up the registration. Happens to small businesses more frequently than it should. If its still down in a couple days, I'll change that guess. I was on the site recently without problems, and noticed that had just updated all their ordering sheets and included a few new details such as induction cooktops as a possibility.

Yeah they probably forgot to pay the hosting bill.

Still not a good sign, because if anything it just shows poor organization skills (like if you were to miss paying your electricity bill).

'Lest anyone worry that a company that makes quarter-million-dollar-plus overland trucks isn't organized enough to pay the hosting bill, the EarthRoamer site was down because it got hacked and it took a little while to get it back up.

As was noted above, the website is actively maintained, development continues on the trucks, and it would seem that business is good. No rumors necessary.

Not to add to paranoia, but I see a "For Sale" sign on their building, which is probably leased, and all of this week there have been several ERs parked outside. They might very well be resealing the floor or something.

Bill Swails - Our website was hacked and was sending spam so our web host provider shut it down. I should have received an email notification from our web host provider (Site5), but for some unknown reason that never happened. The Spam issue has been resolved but I am still trying to figure out why we received no notification.

We are leasing space in the building and it has been “For Sale” since we moved here in the summer of 2010. We have been parking EarthRoamers outside since the beginning of this year because we don't have enough room to park them all inside and the exposure to I25 traffic is great advertising.

I apologize for contributing to rumors. We have our cabin for sale and plan on buying an ER as soon as it sells. I drive past your shop everyday and did a double take when I saw the sign. I had been intending to stop by, but haven't had a chance.
