Dismantling continues. The frame is going to sanding, galvanising, epoxy / polyurethane painting

Most of the goodies arrived for engine bulletproofing

Supporting frame for rear Reimo seat / bed rail system.

Underbody sanded, spray galvanised, 2 coats of epoxy and rubber sealing the seams.
Also opening was cut and framed for the rear hatch prior to the coating.

Where did you find that? Or is it custom?

Fron Warn winch mount already bolted to the frame.

Took a chance to add thermal / noise insulation to the engine bay

Underbody treated with rubber-based Wurth protection and wax, all cavities wax sprayed.
