Evan finished welding and smoothed the bumper up
Primer and paint to finish it off.
I'm excited to see how it looks on the truck and see what he comes up with for the rear bumper!

Nice build though. You should put this over on the Ford truck forums. The OBS section would love to see it I'm sure and those REALLY know their stuff with making these trucks run.

My experience with the ford specific forums is they don't care about a diesel OBS truck unless it has 1000hp and shiny chrome wheels! Lol!
Tell your cousin the truck is looking good and stay safe over there!

Haha yep he was a little hesitant to do it I think, but it is the best way to fit big tires with little lift. I'll check out those forums

Evan converted his welder from flux core to Mig.
He wasn't happy with the amount of body filler on the bed, so he decided to do some more surgery on the previous repair.

The are definitely great trucks!
Evan got around to getting bedliner in over Thanksgiving, and started working on a stinger for the front bumper as well.
