This is someones home made project. They added a extension on the back of the Jeep. This could be very bad if you ever got rear ended sitting in the back. The back seat passengers are the new rear bumper. You can see where the original tail lights were in the back side photo.

AT least it looks to be easily fixable, if you wanted to invest the time and money, but the initial prices seems prohibiting.
