It got an email,it's below.I had not heard of the shipping company,so I searched the name,the Yelp reviews came up.Of all the shipping companies in all the world Exped1 has to pick that one.

"I have tagged you order and it is waiting to be picked up from SAIA trucking. When they get me the tracking number I will email it to you. Sometimes they show up late and if that happens I will send you the tracking number Monday morning.

Most UNPROFESSIONAL shipping comp EVER HAD DEALINGS WITH. Will never do business with again and will cancel any order to be delivered by them. This company specializes in delivery, does not have have the equipment to do the job.
Have had multiple issues with company in past and had to make other arrangements for delivery of past transactions.
Immediately concerned when I spotted Saia on shipping notification. Concerns 100% justified.
Called 4 days ago, spoke to a nice customer service, Jennifer. Informed her about multiple issues experienced with SAIA in past. She informed me this would not be a problem and that I only needed to request a pup truck for delivery when it arrived at the Fort Smith Terminal.
Next day I spoke to Shelly at the Fort Smith location. She stated that saia did not have Pup Trucks and bc I live on a Culdesac, they would not deliver to me. She claimed there was no way the drivers could get a 52' semitrailer to my house. My road has many 80' trailer homes that were hauled in by truck. Evidently Saia doesn't have drivers competent to drive Semi trucks.
Shelly told me I can drive to FS terminal from Springdale, 90 minutes one way, with a flat bed or the driver can drop it off on highway 412, a mile away. 2400lbs and on 5 pallets. Saia contracted to do a job they were not qualified, competent or capable to fulfill.
Called the manufacturer and left a msg. Next day they called me back, came to an agreement I would request delivery to another address, 2 miles away. To accommodate this I would have to drive 2 trucks, 2 trailers and a skid steer to take delivery of order Saia was responsible for delivering to my home but were refusing to do job hired to do and accepted. The manufacturer compensated me for issues caused by Saia.
Next called saia, according to Shelly, I spoke to a trainee. This inexperienced employee told me my shipment never arrived and the order was lost.
Called this morning at 9:30am, 4days later, was told Shelly was handling this delivery and did not know when She would be in but She would call me as soon as she came in. By 4:30pm No call from Shelly. Called the terminal again and was placed on hold for 10minutes. When Shelly came on the line, She was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE and CONDESCENDING!!!! She acted as if it was an inconvenience to do the job they were contracted to perform. Shelly has absolutely no business in Customer Service and is not qualified from my experience. She acted as if it was my problem that they could not do their job. Shelly stated that I personally could not change the delivery address of my own order even though Shelly was refusing to deliver to my residence and that the manufacturer was the only one that can change the delivery address, unless I wanted to drive 90 minutes one way, to pick up the order that SAIA WAS NOT capable of and were refusing to deliver. Shelly, in an extremely rude fashion, also explained that it was not the entire order that was the problem but only 1of5 pallets had not arrived. Shelly was EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING!!! Shelly had absolutely no remorse her company had lost an entire pallet. Shelly even refused to admit SAIA had lost/misplaced an entire pallet, she had absolutely no clue where the pallet was. By my definition, that's LOST!!!
Shelly demanded I would have to request the manufacturer send an email to change delivery addresses and that she could not guarantee that all 5 pallets will come on 1 truck on the same day. This means that I would have block out 2-5 hour windows on 2 different days to wait for the truck and I would have to figure out how to get 2trucks, 2trailers and a skid steer to the delivery address twice bc Saia can not do the job they were contracted to perform.
I informed Shelly I was just going to call the manufacturer and request a different shipping company. I am finished doing business with Saia and will NEVER do business with them again. If another order is scheduled through Saia I will request a different shipping company or just return the order and place it with a manufacturer who does not require Saia to be the shipping company.
*Worst Customer Service Ever! RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!
*Lost 20% of delivery and refuse to admit that it is lost even though its missing for over 48 hours!!!
*Refuse to accommodate customers who Saia has dropped the ball and let down!
*THEY CAN NOT PERFORM THE JOB CONTRACTED TO PERFORM!!!!
This company is PATHETIC!!! I pray they go out of business if this is the best that they have to offer!
Don't waste your time/money doing business with a delivery company that loses the customers goods and will not deliver the items they are paid to deliver. And then try to belittle the customer
