Hi everyone. I will be sharing news about my new to me, familiar to most of you, Tacoma as my Dad and I prepare to drive the Pan-Am. I will update whenever I have something interesting to share. In the mean time feel free to post questions or PM me.

I have spent so much time familiarizing myself with this truck and I figure it would make a pretty decent post. I will share a compiled build for as much of the truck as I can and update with any modifications that I do myself. Questions are great since they get me more familiar with the truck.

Stay tuned for my contributions to this build. I have some pretty extensive modifications planned. Speaking of, anyone with a welder and bender in Southern California?

Do you plan on adding any personal touches to the already awsomely built rig? And can you post up more pics?

They'll be many of us eager to hear how the trip goes and how the truck makes out.

By the way, if you ever need inspiration, or need reminded of how cool your truck is, the complete set of videos for the Expeditions West Arctic Ocean Expedition is on YouTube, starting here:

I will probably do some modifications to the truck eventually. Diesel swap some day? :sombrero: Right now I'm just getting acclimated and focusing on the vitals: making sure every system is 100% ready for anything. More pics to come soon!

Mike, I've watching the first few parts of the mini series and am in awe. I'm not surprised the truck did what it did, but that Expedition West wanted to go to -57 C. I guess it's good to know the limiting factor is the piece of meat behind the wheel. :coffeedrink:

Can anyone explain to me how I can either get rid of the thumbnails or make them links instead? I think the thumbnail is taking up the same amount of space as the full sized image so I cannot upload more pictures into a post.

You can either post a pic(the picture-in-frame icon above) or post a link to a URL(world-and-link icon).
I thought ExPo automatically sizes the pics based on the size you have them; ie if it's a small sized pic, it'll show up small here.
