My new G320

Here is my new G320 SWB. It came from Germany with the help of my friend Mario. Just finished getting imported through a RI and registered and titled. Big difference in handling from the LWB G500. Riding on 18" rims right now while I get the 16's set up.


This German couple, Mario and Martina, have driven the length of the PanAmerican highway in a 290GD with a poptop conversion. They are back touring the western US and spent the weekend with us and their 2 beautiful children.

I picked up my new (to me) '02 up in SLC over the weekend and drove it back down to AZ. Can't wait to start working on it. I'm comming from a triple locked FZJ80, this was the next logical step.

I was told it was a support vehicle for the Swiss Rega Air Rescue.

We bought the G in 2014 and did already some trips.

We use a Upracks roof rack and and an Autohome Columbus Variant roof tent.
Of course the G has inside and ouside some ORC parts!

Do you get any rubbing at full turn or full articulation with 32" and stock suspension? Any traction light or ESP issues due to the larger tires?

Here is my GE300 -91
Motor 3,2L M104 + automatic transmission
Tyres Onroad Hankook 315/75/16 and Offroad Silverstone MT-117 35x11.5x16
Rear axle is MB 312 Sprinter, with bigger locker.
Lift 2" + 2" body lift
