Expo has another Taco DC!

I just bought a 2002 Taco DC TRD 4WD to replace my Jeep Rubicon. My intentions with this truck are very mild. It will be my DD and I want to use it as a base camp for fishing and kayaking expeditions. I don't want to add a whole lot of unnecessary weight. I am going to add some basic protection to keep things safe on those trails to backwoods camping spots. I am going to stick with 265s but wouldn't mind upgrading the suspension for more travel. What is a good way of adding some travel without adding a whole lot of lift? I will be adding some pictures in the next couple of days. It is silver with 54k miles. I think I am going to be happy with this truck.

you'll be happy with your DD as a Daily driver I know I love mine! There are allot of suspension systems out there. you can go revtek style bushing lifts with add a leafs or you can go Donahoe suspension systems now called Icon Vehicle Dynamics. All for about 2.5 to 3 inches if lift. It all depends on budget. There's lots of kits out there. I use full Donahoe coilovers and res shocks with OME Dakar leafs, soon to upgrading to upper control arm and bump stops.

Enjoy your your build, I look forward to seeing what you build and use!

Does EXPO have a prefered vendor for Taco suspension parts? If not where's a good place to go?

Thanks
Josh
