This is the Ruggedized, 4 person model, which is no longer made by Thule. It comes with the annex (including floor), and rain fly. In addition, we have the insulator (link below) which clips inside the tent for cold weather. It creates an air barrier inside the tent which makes the tent substantially warmer. We also have 3 fitted sheets that were sewn from king flat sheets to fit the mattress. The cover was also modified/enlarged to allow the annex to be folded up with the tent. Installing the annex after opening the tent normally takes an extra 5-10 minutes, but with the larger cover, you can just leave it attached.
We bought this originally in 2018 and it worked well for our family of 4. Our kids are now full sized humans and it's getting too tight. The tent has some color fading from camping in the sun, but otherwise is in great shape.
They don't make the 4 person anymore, but you can get the 3 person for $2200 on sale at Thule right now. The insluator is another $200 and I don't think they make the annex anymore, but it was originally a few hundred.
