Factory/aftermarket locker?

I have a 2012 Equator and want a locker. Is there a factory locker option (as in can I find an axle at a salvage yard) or should I buy an aftermarket locker?

All Frontier Off Roads and Equator RMZ-4s came with factory e-locker in the M226. Manual trans, V6's also have the M226 w/o the locker. All other V6 Frontiers and Equators came with the C200k.

If you have the M226 rear axle the factory e-locker, ARB, and Detriot Truetrac (helical LSD) are all available

If you have the C200k rear axle there is the Powertrax autolocker, ARB, and maybe the Quaife QFD10L (see proper4wd's thread below)
