Deal fell through, it's back on the market at $16,000 USD - Now has a PPI from the dealer stating mechanical shape - apparently the main seal weeps oil (not even enough to drip - perhaps from sitting?) and the brakes are worn (which I knew) and I'll probably do the power steering flush when my back feels up to it.
