Looks like the engine, from Mitsubishi 4D34-3AT3A (3.9 liters, 145 hp 275 lb.ft.) to Mitsubishi 4M50 (4.9 liters, 147 hp 347 lb.-ft.), manual trans shifter move from between seats to dash, front end body/headlights,
