Flatbed fullsize truck need suggestions

I'm gearing up my life to tow a 5th wheel with a flat bed and believe my best option for weekend getaways could be a RTT over the cab and a 270 awning that goes over the back of the truck.

Can you recommend some of the best RTT that could fit this use case?

Why would you not want a pickup bed?
