Well sought after Fleetwood Neon. I’m the 3rd owner, apparently the 1st had it at their cottage as a bunky and it didn’t move around much. I purchased it off two retired ladies that had it in their backyard (a funny story) and it didn’t move much then.
We’ve used it a few trips, and it is in good condition. A couple holes in the material that have been repaired with no leaks (before I took possession) and then some friggin mice put a couple holes in it last winter on one side, material and screen. I repaired them with clear Gorilla tape and no issues.
All the screens are in good condition otherwise, walls are in good condition and zippers slide nicely.
Floor is solid, no rot, wheels and tires have been replaced last year with the same stock size wheels, bearings are in good condition as are electric brakes. I was going to lift it, but decided against it.
I installed outside LED lights shooting rearward and back right corner to shoot to the right with individual switches inside.
I added the tongue box and had plans to install a 150W solar panel on the roof (which I can include). There is no heater, nor BBQ attachment/table on the side.
The original mattress is long gone and replaced with 2” outdoor cushions last summer that are quite comfortable.
Asking $2800 obo
Located ~2hrs outside of Toronto Ontario Canada, and 1.5hrs from me. I cannot find any interior pictures but if serious will go get some and bring it closer to Toronto as well.
It does come with the inside bench and I made a small shelf/storage box at the foot of the bed and added a 120v plug with the intention that the solar panel would be wired into the battery on the tongue with the inverter inside the tongue box powering the plug inside the trailer. I never got my plan to fruition, but it is a start, which I am sure can all be re-done more efficiently.
The last picture I was sizing up new tires/wheels, that 16” is NOT on the trailer.
