Flip Pak - Hammock question

Not sure if this has been asked or reviewed before but does anyone have experience/opinion on how comfortable the hammock in the Flip Pak is to sleep on? It says it can hold up to 180 lbs which is fine for my daughter but is it really comfortable enough to sleep on? Thanks everyone.

Ever sleep on a folding cot (army cot)? Same concept, same comfort. Now, put a nice therma rest type pad on it and it could be really nice.

I am assuming the hammock you are referring to is the one included with the flippac to hold the mattress when closed...In a short bed <6ft pickup this would only be long enough for a child...has anyone rigged a longer hammock crosswise?...

My friend tried it out. Said it was ok other than no insulation from the bottom and he was freezing in Death Valley last fall.

Throw an old sleeping bag or comforter in for padding and you're good to go. Never met a hammock I didn't like. Used to rig one up athwartships underway gently swaying with the pitch of the ship and before you knew it...
