The manufacturer (Compomotive in the UK.) But they resurrected and are manufacturing again - under a different ownership - and have even acquired a US distributor now, Lucky8.

Edit: Oops, just noticed you are in Australia, sorry about the useless US distributor info. But the wheels are available, not sue if through an Australian distributor or directly from the UK.
