The tent is a CVT Mount Rainier Summit Series RTT with annex. The tent is in excellent condition with no rips. There is also an additional 4" memory foam mattress on top of the factory mattress. The telescoping ladder has a sticking point but otherwise functions normally.

Front mounted toolbox
18 gallon water tank
USB power (two on the toolbox and two inside the tent)
12V power plug
LED lighting (to light up surroundings) on three sides
