Per Tom Sheppard's recent email, it looks like he is re-issueing Edition 2.2

"I am delighted to be able to tell you that I am expecting delivery of a small reprint of Vehicle-dependent Expedition Guide, Edition 2.2 on the 20th of December. Preparation of the backlog orders will take place over the Christmas break and they will be posted as soon as possible afterwards (when the mail system logjams have cleared!).
If you would like to go ahead and place your order and payment now the book can be made available with the minimum delay.
To remind you, the price of the book remains at £36 (36GBP).
