That's an amazing build. Really nice lines.
Did you fab the skeleton of the box or have any photos of the framing "in the raw". You mentioned the Lord adhesives used on the aluminium shell and I'm really interested in how the wall and roof panels were seamed/constructed. As for the roof that is one impressive lido deck up there! What is the roof framed with from a cross members and skin perspective?
I used a VHB tape to adhere the 0.063 skin for my build and wouldn't do it again.
Also, with all the tanks topped off what does the weight come in at?

Hi Sir,
I do have many photos of the construction.
The roof is framed with 2" x 2" tubes. It can hold many many people. It has a slight dome to the deck.
The weight is about 18,750.

Hi Hudd, I read your question while driving, and laughed to myself for a while.
It is a virgin truck with virgin brand new mattresses, still wrapped in plastic. Never used in that respect. It will stay that way until it is purchased.

We agree with you. If you are to own an Overland vehicle to be outdoors in, then while you are in your rig, why not design and make it the most wonderful outdoor rig while parked. The beauty of rooftop deck can only be fully appreciated while on top. It looks great from the ground, it is 100X better when you are actually up there. So many features to enjoy are going on just up on the rooftop deck.

With the LiquidSpring suspension that reads 1000x a second and adjusts 100 times a second, it will dampen a lot of movement. Another great thing that LiquidSpring will be adding to their computer in the next few months is Self Leveling at camp.
