Longtime lurker here. Just picked this thing up from a guy in Denver for a pretty good deal. '02 XL, manual trans, 140k on the clock, small lift (need to get under there and sort it all out...he didn't remember what it was), clean Leer topper, bull bar and a pretty beat up winch. Got a few plans for it coming up soon, mainly building a full length rooftop rack for the topper, getting some additional lighting worked out, sorting some storage solutions for the bed, and getting a platform in there to keep the wife and dog happy campers. Pretty excited to get started, been looking for a truck like this for a while...

Will start a build thread when I actually get some time to work on things, but I think we're off to a decent start already!

bndst- I had the same truck- only V6 and auto. I even had the topper. It was a great truck- the thing would go anywhere! I really like what you got goon there.

My project. Ive had it for close to 10 years and been though numerous stages. 1994 f150 supercab xl 5.0l auto dana 44 ttb front sterline 10.25 out of 95 f250hd. Currently looking for a rolled 05 - 07 f250 or f350 for axle swap and drive train swap. Will need some rust repair. Will eventually be an all around off road/ expedition truck. Clearly a long way left to go.
