I drove past this and took a look. The flippac is being used as just a shell. The owner pulled the tent and hinges off and bolted the camper shut... It's a shame because the flippac was in mint shape from the outside

Yeah, no hinges or hasps. Looks closely in the picture:

I have a tent, hinges, torsion bar, etc. Would consider selling if it would help resurrect this FP.
