This is true for all CarPlay vehicles... but I got Gaia GPS running on CarPlay today. It trackes any pre-defined route. You can use the app on iOS at the same time and change layers and it will refresh on the screen. Passenger can route plan while driver follows route. It also observes downloaded tiles! I don’t need an iPad mount in the truck now.. very cool!
