Ford Van Sliding Door Alignment

I have an issue with my side sliding door not having proper clearance on the rear edge. The door doesn't have a firm "pop" and there is some paint wear.How can I adjust it? The only issue that I've been able to figure that it might have is a worn rear hinge (ford part F2UZ-1526800-A https://www.fordpartsgiant.com/parts/ford-hinge-asy_f2uz-1526800-a.html) that's in the sliding track. Thoughts or tips?

You can adjust the rear hinge/slider where it mounts inside the door.
Remove the interior panel and you will see a large bracket with several bolts.

The MG slider hinge extension PDF has pretty good instructions for symptom/solution troubleshooting of slider hinges. Not sure if he still has it posted anywhere.
