Ford/Warn Factory Winch

I ordered my F350 with a factory Warn winch. It's the only winch that will fit in a 2020-22 OEM bumper. It's invoiced from the factory, but dealer installed. I think I'm going to replace the bumper, but the factory couldn't reinvoice without the winch. New at the dealer they are $3K plus install. They occasionally show up cheaper, but apparently there aren't any in the supply chain. If you are interested in keeping your factory bumper, but running a winch, let me know and we can discuss price.

Exactly. It was Ford's answer. In order to fit the OEM bumper it has a narrower spool and fairlead. It's the only winch that will fit. If one has a n aftermarket, this one isn't worth the look. It's more expensive than it's equivalent Xeon 12S. If you want the clean look and no new bumper, this is the ticket.

The winch is at the dealer now. It is in a 40x30x19” box on a palette. The full shipping weight, palette and all was 110lbs. I’m in Southern Oregon, but will drive up to 2h to meet or deliver. I paid $3000. Save $700. $2300.
