For the 2021+ E Series, I have made tire size adjustments in the BdyCM module in Forscan's "plain English" mode. For the dually, the stock tire size circumference appears to be 2261mm (08D5 hex) (which I believe is 96.75% of a nominal 225/75-16 tire). For the single wheel models, the stock tire size circumference appears to be 2352mm (0930 hex) (96.75% of a nominal 245/75-16 tire size). For 235/85-16 tires, the 96.75% of nominal calculation yields a figure of 2448mm (0990 hex). I found that dialing that back to 2400+/-mm yielded the most accurate result based on my GPS testing, but I assume there will be individual variances based on tire mfr, wear and possibly axle ratio. Notably, I found that any change to tire size in the BdyCM--even to one of the other two "factory" tire size settings--caused the PCM to generate a P160A DTC code (invalid modification to BdyCM module). I found that code could be cleared by using Forscan's PCM "initialize and relearn BCM data" function. The DTC otherwise could not be cleared by performing the old-school "battery disconnect/drain the capacitors" PCM reset--I had to use Forscan's tool to get it to clear. Once cleared however, the P160A DTC has not returned and the speedo/odo have remained spot-on. Don't know anything about older E series programming - the above relates only to the 2021+, as far as I know. The subject vehicle for the above example was a 2022 E450 dually.
