Yep, Beautiful! but more wannabeers than dooers, and that's not because the truck can't do it!
But who the hell, if they are sain, goes really offroading to where they need these winches, with a truck that expensive???
If they can afford a $100k truck, they can afford to repair and repaint every 2 years. That thing looks like it'll shed scrapes a lot better than a modern Powerwagon.
A customer of mine has an AM General H1 for his ranch/resort business. Beats the tar out of it. Repaints it during his slowest month every year. Those actually hold up to dragging against tree branches fairly well. Must be thicker aluminum than usual. We think that truck will still be running when he retires, so it would have paid for its self easy. Especially compared to his farm truck and 4x4 van econoline bus thing. We like to make fun of H1's, especially when a beater Jeep outperforms them on a Jeep trail, but they do, what they do, very well (not Jeep trails).
