Fridge Thermometer Installations

I was wondering how you guys ran the wire for your Fridge Thermometers?
I've seen BajaTaco’s install see picture at the bottom of the page.

For those of you using the Engel Thermometer units were you able to do the same? Pictures would be great!

I buy these for work, we get them to ship coolers full of drug product/samples.

Very accurate and durable. They also record min/max, so you could see how your fridge did locked up all day in the hot car. The probe in very thin such that the lid could be closed on it with no problem.
