Front Runner Stainless Steel Camp Table

It is flat, and it just might work with it.
Would have to measure.
There are bolts hanging down too from the tent mounts.

Yes I do. I have already thought of a way around that with some extensions that could slide up and down on the leg similar to the spring loaded buttons on a crutch leg.

I was thinking the same thing. Leg extensions. I met an FJ Cruiser guy that mounted one onto his ARB rack. The key is clearance to the roof.

Corey, have you tried mounting the table under a bajarack yet. I would like to see someone try it. Looks like a perfect place to store it.

I do not have the table.
I only have the picnic table I bought a few years back, and a roll top one that stores in a bag.

Did some measuring, and the table would not fit under my rack due to the bolts hanging down from the tent mounts.

Inside I have 31"x25" usable cargo space I could fit a folder underneath one of my footlockers (down from using two like yesteryear) in there.

Looked at a few online, and most folders can not hold the weight of the chuckbox.
I am going to guess chuck weighs over 60 lbs, possibly 80 lbs when full.
There is cast iron in there for cookware, the stove, and the box itself is very heavy duty.

If the Front Runner one folded in half, it would work to store it inside of my rig.

I know my picnic table can support it, but I lose a lot of eating/storage space that way, and I would rather have a separate table.

PS, something like this might work.

Corey...

Why not just put a set of legs on the chuck box? Use a small separate table as a prep surface?

I thought about adding legs to the box Mike, but the box is pretty heavy when loaded, and I would have to turn it on its side to screw the legs on, and that would tip over most of the stuff inside.

Now this is what I am talking about Willis.
Saw this in the campsite pics thread today.

I PM'd Dave to find out where he got it, it is an Australian made camping table.

Vendors, this looks like a good table to try to import here, as it folds in half taking up less room in rigs, and has what looks like non adjustable legs for maximum strength.
By the looks of it, it looks like it would support my chuckbox just fine, and since it folds in half, it could fit upright in the rig next to my ARB fridge.

Thanks Jeremy, the Highlands one looks pretty nice at 30" tall.

I have this coming today via Amazon.
It is more to help me fold the tent in when putting it away, but I am going to test the chuckbox on it too and see if it is tall enough to cook with since my stove sits at the top height of the chuckbox.

That looks like a sturdy option. Show us pics and give us a review.
I'm trying to make the summit, see you there if I can.

Will do.
The platform should be good for standing on once my tent is cranked up to reach inside and pull the ladder out.
In the past I had to stand on the rock sliderz, this is taller, so it should work better.

Recovering from a leg/knee injury I have to be very careful now about jumping down off the rig like I have in the past when putting the tent away too.

I would like to see a picture of the Highlands tale folded if anyone has one.
It may or may not fit in my rig.
One reason the Front Runner table will not work for me as I am limited to the length of what will fit in the cargo area.
