Thanks for the quick response folks, looks like one of you might be making my dreams come true. Brian was the first to email and also the first to send a PM so he has dibs pending his scheduled pick up tomorrow. Fergie is officially next in line, thanks for the quick response!
Sounds good to me....I'm looking forward to the possibility of owning a motorcycle!

So, my girlfriend knew I have been wanting to go to PHX to check out Bobs motorcycle salvage (or what ever it's called . . .) this week while on vacation. Last night I told her I was going 'to Phoenix'.

This afternoon, I called her to tell her that I picked up her kayak on my way home from Phoenix (heading to Mexico with the 'yaks in the morning). She asked if I found the [motorcycle] parts I wanted.

"yes, I got exactly what I went for"

"really? So you can finish the Honda?" (I have a Honda rat-bike~ish project in the garage)

"uh . . . almost."

"But you found the parts . . . right?"

"uh, yea. I got [cough] lots of [cough] parts . . . "

<< long pause>>

"Lots of parts????"

"um, yea."

<< long pause >>

"did you buy *another* bike?"

"uh . . ." :peepwall:

Glad that it went to an enthusiastic ExPo member...hopefully with an understanding girl friend!

She's cool like that. :ylsmoke:

I just had to tell her that it would be a better match for her TW200 than my 800GS is. When ever we go ride together, all she sees is a trail of dust. This will make those weekend coed rides all the more enjoyable for both of us.
