Nose box - (2) Group 31 DieHard Platinum AGV batteries, auxiliary 12v power w/night light, 3 interior LED courtesy lights, 3 outlets, fuse block, battery tray and hold down, battery tender
Suspension - Independent trailing arm air ride suspension, recently rebuilt by www.varishock.com
Brakes - electric braked axle upgrade with 10" drums, includes break-away kit
17" Jeep JK Wheels and 31" Falken Wildpeak A/T tires
Engel MT45 fridge/freezer with full extension slide
Lock-n-roll - 4,000lb articulating coupler
19-gallon roto-mold water tank with 1.25" opening, 1/2" drain plug and pump
(2) scepter fuel cans & AT holder

Sounds good. Not sure the cost to ship it from Cali to Tex, but I'm sure that there are a few options to consider. Or, you could always consider a fall Road Trip!
