Dimensions closed are 43" X 51" Open is 86" by 51" 11" High when closed. Weighs about ~110 lbs giver or take a bit.
Fabric is light water tight and so is the stitching, however the vents on the windows and roof make for great air flow. Neither I or the prior owner felt the need for a condensation pad under the mattress. The floor has pockets like an egg crate, so any dirt/debris and condensation that may occur will not make contact with the mattress.

about time.
this is the best design in RTT ever. cant buy them like this anymore. due to the extended sides, not only is weather deflected, but 100% of floor space is usable for siting etc. the sides dont taper in. there is no equal. the new owner ought to be quite pleased.
