FS ARB Simpson III RTT w/Annex

I'm putting my ARB RRT up for sale. It merely an age thing for the wife and I that consider selling it. The tent is in excellent condition. No tears, holes, damaged zippers, broken pieces or excessive wear. The annex shows some modest staining on the PVC skirt from ground contact. Also includes the ladder extension. It has been used approximately twice a year. The PVC cover was replaced two years ago due to zipper failure. It is presently mounted on my custom M101cdn camping trailer. If you've been to MAR or Uwharrie Land Rover events you've probably seen this setup. Asking $1000 obo.
