I have two sets of rear coil springs for sale for LC80 & LC100 vehicles:
  1. Brand-new in-box OME863s. PERFECT IMO for a sub-heavy LC100 setup. Great flex spring for an LC80 too. 863s are too light more my heavier application (5 persons + gear). $150obo. SOLD
  2. Used but near-new condition OME868s. Yes 868s these are über-heavy springs for either truck. I used these on at- and post-GVWR loads on my FZJ80 as well as towing. I use these on long-distance, multi-week trips where we are extremely loaded with gear, food, camping equipment, the 2200 rooftent and want to maintain a ride quality off-highway as well as keep the proper height. They are the same ride-height as the 864s but can handle the load a little better so you're not dragging the rear end looking like a cheap desert rat truck. $135 obo.
We can discuss shipping, location at zip 80111.

Selling because our Hundy is now the family-loaded-rig, and my 80 is my DD and personal expedition vehicle not needing the same weight.

How long were the 868s on your 80?
How much do the 863s lift the 100?
I may move my 863s to the 100 once the 80 gets 868s.
Thanks!

868s on the 80: thinking...1.5 years? But realize that has been a total of no more than approximately 7k miles. 80 just became my DD again within the last month.

I do not know the total lift of the 863s on a stock 100. I know that unladen, I though the 863s were near perfect on my old 100. With sliders, larger tires, slee rear, tons of junk and bigger kids now, I went to 864s on the Hundy.

EDIT: Just remembering maybe even less mileage than that as I did not do our gulf coast beach exploration in those (but purchased immediately thereafter)

Hey Scott, I may be interested in the 868s. What shocks did you run with them? Also what size tires?

Hey Mark, long time no see!

I ran the OME rear shocks. The 868s are the same free height as the 864s so don't add add'l height to the rig. I run 315/75r16s, I've been debating a smaller size, but can't seem to get myself to do it.
